Scholarships application for Argentinian Ph.D. students 

Argentinian PhD. students can apply for scholarships (provided by CONICET grant for scientific meetings) to help pay for travel or expenses by filling out the registration form including a request letter. The selected students and amount of money will be announced close to the date of congress.

Payment form: on-site registration. All payments should be made in USD (cash). If you plan to attend the congress, please, fill out the registration form to confirm your participation and then pay on-site.

REGISTRATION FEE RETURN POLICY

The Management Committee informs that registration for the event is personal and non-transferable, with no total or partial refund of the amount paid in case of withdrawal, impossibility of participating on the date of the event or non-approval of the submitted abstract.

CERTIFICATES AND PUBLICATIONS 

Accreditation during the event is mandatory to issue publication certificates. The payment of the main author's registration is mandatory for the abstracts to be published in the Proceedings of the XII COLAOB e-book.
